This documentation is made by Gabor Sandor Acs aka Alex S. Gabor who is 53 years old and is the Pro Se Lead Plaintiff Litigant in this Pending Class Action against the above named Defendants/Respondents.

 

I hereby Declare that the attached documents are hereby made a part and parcel of this case and additional documents along with an amended complaint is being prepared for filing in this matter with the Court for claims yet undetermined against the above named Defendants/Respondents pending litigation under the Rules of  Grant County Superior Court.

 

A request for an order for demand to show cause to the City of Soap Lake related to the destruction of property and violation of State and Federal Laws at 117 North Fern Street, Soap Lake, Washington, the current residence of the Plaintiff/Petitioner in this matter is being prepared.

 

Additional pages of evidence are attached and a copy of this document with attachments is being delivered to the District Attorney’s Office and the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office in Grant County for further action or inaction.
